Philip G. Coates Memorial Scholarship
The Cape Cod Charter Boat Association (CCCBA) is proud to support the next generation of maritime professionals through the Philip G. Coates Memorial Scholarship. Each year, CCCBA awards two scholarships to students from Cape Cod vocational schools who are pursuing careers in the maritime industry.

The scholarship is named in memory of Philip G. Coates, a dedicated mariner and charter boat captain who made a lasting impact on Cape Cod’s fishing community. His passion for the sea and commitment to mentorship continue to inspire future generations.
